Q Why do you charge an Administration fee?
A Administration fees are for the Processing of the listing (including data input), Handling payments from the purchaser to the Vendor and to RHA & Sales, Bank fees and charges also official transaction receipts.

Q Am I better off selling my item/s in the Newspaper classifieds?
A Here are some facts to you help make that decision.
1: Your items will gain 24 / 7 exposure on our web site.
2: You can track the number of visitors that view your item on our web site.
3: We handle the complete transaction from start to finish on your behalf.
4: There is no need to have strangers calling or arriving at your home to view items.

Can you do all that in a Newspaper Classified?

Q Can I sell an item/s to Red Hot Auctions and Sales instead of listing it?
A Yes, you can sell to RHA & Sales for an agreed cash price, we are a licensed pawnbroker and second hand dealer and can also provide a valuation prior to purchase or listing.

Q Can anyone list an item/s on your website?
A You must 18 years of age to register as a member and accept RHA terms and conditions before advertising any items.

Q I have a number of items for sale but I’m unsure about how to list them.
A Simply call us or email us about your item/s and we will guide you through.

Q Can I leave my item/s for sale with you securely?
A Yes, we have 24/7 monitored security, Security patrols and Insurance on agreed value item/s.

Q I have purchased items before over the internet and been very disappointed they were not accurately represented, do you have a guarantee on items displayed?
A Great question, Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware.
We do have control over the item/s that are posted on the RHA site, but cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of any product. You will need to ask the seller for further information.

RHA can guarantee that all item/s and descriptions are represented in a fair & honest manner.

Q Do I have to be involved in any part of the sale?
A Possibly, Once an item is listed you may be required to answer a question about that item/s listed to the potential purchaser.

It is important you include as much detail about the item/s prior to listing as possible.

Q Can I remove an item/s from Sale or Auction if I change my mind?
A If the item/s have had a bid placed or have been purchased outright, No you cannot.
If the item/s have no bids or offers a fee will be payable to RHA for termination of contract and all associated costs paid in full. The item/s will be then made available for prompt collection.

Q Hi I'm in the USA, can I purchase an item/s from you?
A Yes, you are most welcome to, however before you consider any purchase please email us for an accurate shipping charge on the item/s you are considering. We have included a secure Pay Pal payment gateway for countries other than Australia for International convenience.

Q If my item/s do not sell, how long can I leave the item/s with you?
A This depends, if your item/s do not sell in the General Sales or Online Sale categories it will be 5 working days. If the item/s do not sell, you may have the opportunity to sell the item/s at our Traditional Auction. See our terms and conditions.

Q Do have a pickup and delivery service and what are the associated costs?
A Yes we can handle both and are not limited by weight, size or location in most cases.
Costs vary from $0.00 upward with these services. A simple phone call will answer all your questions.
